HOW CAN UPDATE MOTOROLA PHONE DIRECTLY THROUGH INTERNET?

You can update Motorola Phone Tools directly from the application using your Internet

connection.

Configuring the update procedure

1. From the application main window, click the Menu button.

2. In the menu that appears, select Setup, then Live Update Configuration.

The Update mode window is displayed. 

3. Select the update option you prefer:

- Automatic:

This mode checks updates automatically.

Select the update frequency you prefer from the scrolling list.

If you want to use the Wizard for downloading updates, check the corresponding

box.

If you prefer updates to take place silently (no user intervention is required at any

point), uncheck the box.

- Manual:

This mode does not check updates automatically.

To launch the Motorola Live Update Wizard (in order to download the latest

version from the Internet), click Menu > Setup > Live Update.

The Wizard will guide you step-by-step throughout the procedure.

4. To confirm your update settings, click the Validate button.

5. To cancel your input, click the Cancel button.
